Hallam Medical – Advanced Practitioners Needed!
Guaranteed Hours Contracts!
Due to a large increases in our shift numbers Hallam Medical currently has openings for full and part time Advanced Practitioners in Guaranteed Hours Contracts.
We need Emergency Care Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, First Contact Practitioners and Emergency Nurse Practitioners.
Guaranteed Hours Contracts are flexible to suit the individual needs of our Practitioners and start at a minimum of 60 hours per month up to a maximum of 150 hours per month offering the great benefits:
- A salaried position starting at £43,221 per annum (equivalent to Band 8b) for 150 hours per month
- Enhancements for unsociable hours:
20% for 8pm-8am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday
25% for Sunday
50% for Bank Holidays
- 28 days Holiday Entitlement
- Extra hours paid at Standard Agency Rates
Note - Guaranteed Hours Contracts awarded for less than 150 hours will be pro-rata as appropriate.
Flexibility and a broad scope of practice is a must for any Practitioner considering this kind of contract as you will be required to cover shifts at a number of different centres and settings, however, geographical locations will be pre-agreed to suit.
Applicants must have the minimum of a degree level qualification in Advanced Practice, ideally Masters but individual experience will be considered too.
A Prescribing qualification would be a benefit in the North of England (particularly Yorkshire) although is not essential, as would Minor Injury and X-ray interpretation in the South of England.
